    Default Ravi 78cc bike

    10th june edit:
    bought in october 2015
    mileage covered 5300 kms
engine oil : 10w-40 for winters and 20w-50 for summers , brand liqui moly
over all review of the bike: good
cons: slight rust which had appeared initially but good thing it hasnt increased till now
    parts replaced till now:
rear view mirrors: replaced with oem honda mirrors
spark plug replaced twice with oem honda plug
air filter replaced twice with oem honda filter
rear brake leathers replaced after 5000 kms
rear brake lever spring broke twice
the speedometer needles vibrates and doesnt go beyond 60 after covering only 4000 kms ( bad thing about quality of bike)
replaced front right indicator as it got broken ( my fault)

Awaiting review.. how many KMs you clocked in so far? Tappet sound now no issue..

Only thing that I see deal breaker chonda vs. honda is chonda recomendation to change oil after 800kms where as I think honda can easily go for 1000-1200 or may be 1500 km as well.

As it will cost more in long run.

Yes i will share a review after covering 1500 2000 kms in sha Allah
    Currently have covered 281 kms
Bought liqui moly 20w-50 oil yesterday thinking to pour it at 500 kms or should i wait till 1000 km ? Had previously changed oil at 120 kms

Well ur ryt this oil change duration isnt favourable
What about stretching oil change interval to 1000 km ?

different opinions some say change at 600 thn at 1000

for liqui moly some are v. happy some say its an over kill for bike... I suggest go for AHL or Havoline or ZIC as reasonable + the change interval keep it 800 max. enjoy the ride. dont bother to go 1500 or more to change oil despite what you read on threads... 70 is small engine and high revs and engine oil has to do lot of work. I peronally suggest SF/SG grade oils some may argue that it is old grade oil.. but this is old technology unless an educated mechinic suggest you to go for new grades stick with old grades.

    I cc

I also heard good stuff about liquimoly although its double the cost of a normal engine oil for bikes lets c bow it performs

Have currently poured zic 20w-40 although its not the recommended grade but i dont feel any roughness in engine running etc

    Routine wash
Plus a little detailing of the fuel tank plus side covers :p
Waxed with nanoskin formula 67 quick detailer wax and then sealed with nano skin sealant nano seal !
The tank got quite shiny but the side covers didnt have that much of shine

Thinking to buy a chrome detailer for chrome parts as well

A question , today when returning home when i was starting the bike , the kick felt kinda pushing ur leg into soft mud ? As if engine not making proper pressure ,
What could be the reason ?
Bike started with 2-3 kicks , normally just 1 kick

    Professionals ?
Bike still in break in period , covered 470kms

    Sorry for bothering :p
    Issue resolved
I had actually tighten the clutch adjust earlier today
I guess made it over tight
so clutch was slightly engaged dats why soft kick start
Loosened it now and the kick works perfectly fine now

Be sticked to one grade forever whether it is 10w40 or 20w50 it is safe for your bike engine health at this time you can choose 10w40 or 10w50 oil because it is all rounder engine oil

    I c
But shouldnt i follow owner's manual guidance ?
    What about 20w-50 as a allrounder ?
10w-40 wont be too thin for summer heat ?

brother i think you should use sythetic 10w40 zic for two oil change. and then use 20w40 zic m5. and keep using 20w40. its all rounder season oil. and tappet ki awaz new bike main hoti ha tunning 2k main krwana thik ho jaye ga. no need for tunning on 1k. speed will increase after 2500 km.

Bro new bike,s does not need any kind of tuning because they are on their best factory setting better tune your bike then when it will create some problem like fuel average etc... i was tuned my newly purchased bike after 5k at the moment you have to increase your bike speed gradually don,t run it 0 to 40km/h
