    Exactly cdi doesn't provide current it's the coil inside the magnet which provide current and ignition coil boost the current provided but magnet coil
    That's why we have to change complete current system to get accurate results

    Spark is caused by the release of high voltage by the ignition coil when the cdi instructs it to do so. I don't know of cdi also provides energy to ignition coil? As I assume all energy to coil is provided by the generator coil in magneto in coil karra.


    I need to read about ignition theory.

    Cdi unit charge coil taking power from magnetic coil bigger cdi doesnt improve spark "quality" but it does give better control over spark on high rpm

    That's why bike can go on more rpm then on older cdi but strength of spark is visibly low on new 125 cdi

    Ok it i got it.
    It is the capacitor in cdi unit in which the charge from generator coil in the magneto is stored and then just before the point of ignition the charge is released from capacitor in to the primary side of ignition coil which is a step up transformer.

    Here is wiki excerpt

    In a CDI system, acharging circuit*charges a high voltagecapacitor, and at the instant of ignition the system stops charging the capacitor, allowing the capacitor to discharge its output to the ignition coil before reaching the spark plug

    If genuine cdi also produces less spark then it means sari game cg 125 ka ignition coil ma ha.. Try that.

    "charging circuit charges a high voltage capacitor" it means that cd70 magnet coil not providing right amount of current which cdi(capacitor discharge ignition) needs to charge the capacitor....right?? so magnet coils also needs to change??
    what do you say tomorrow we should change ignition coil....let see what happens.
    or i had to wait for this weekend so i can try original stock cdi of 125 2007 model.

    Brother about 500km driven still no headup problem even i had driven about 65km continuously....didn't faced any problem (and i rub gears but doesn't go more then 80km/h according to meter)
    So Atlas is way way better then Havoline.

    I am also against Havoline this oil is just a crap...
    The oil from AHL is i think from total originally they just have packed it in their own boxes but the thing is that valvoline is better than the AHL oil and also price league is almost same. Liquimoly is costly..!

    Still bikes reaches same speed at same time but it's far better then cd70 coil and 125 cdi combination and no doubt rpm can goes slightly greater then before but it can be only checked by increasing the amount of mixture that does spark is strong enough to burn more mixture then a simple 70 carb can give.
