    bahi log aik gear dalta hy 70cc bike main jis ko alter gear khty hain wo kahin sy mily ga aur kitne ka mily ga
    aur bahi log jab bike bahot zeyada vibration karte hoto iska koi hal hy keya

    Pz22 top speed kabi check nae ki or na hi muja top speed ka koe craze hai i just want acceleration that how much speed a bike can attain at smaller distance meri measurement thori funny hai lakin jo meter ma reading scale hoti hai usme white colour vali reading jab ek rotation cover karti hai means 7 sa 8 pe jati hai to meri bike itna ma +60 jati hai according to GPS.

    So the conclusion of the mods is that a cdi and ignition coil swap to 125cc didn't produced any noticeable improvements?

    Yep we can say that but as saboor brother said it has better control on higher rpm for example it doesn't loses power when i goes to higher rpm which i always miss in cdi when i changed to point.
    Still the experiment doesn't end i will increase the petrol then let's see....it burns that petrol or get's over.

    Yes try raising the jet needle one notch in the c clip..

    If possible try 85mj as that's the biggest size jet available for pz /pc /pb type carbs which all use same main jet..

    Unfortunately no pilot jet for Pz22 other then 32 is available as the thread size is different for the jets of pc carbs used in Honda 70 and chonda 70.

    Thread and physical size of pilot jet of cd 100 is different..

    Pilot jet har type ka carb ka different ha..
    Chorion ka size different hotha ha.

    70 alter - Quest For Top Speed - e3eb6d1e5cd588f04b186d2868a3530a

    Now I remember this carb has jet issue because of which me and my father set the notch at the end and some mixture setting to make it work but I forget to bring it back to normal.

    Actually Hero 70 doesn't work right with this carb so we did such setting to make it work no my 70 and install mien carb on Hero whereas there's no sign of mixture running rich.
    I remember I made the hole of main jet bigger not sure may be in this carb or anyother.....when I change the jet I will try setting notch at different positions to get maximum results.

    Use pod type filter.

    Long ago I had a started a thread about how to effectively install it on chondaz.

    You will forget tuning bike and replacing filter.

    I am still using same pod filter for past four years..

    Your bike will breath a lot easier.

    Where I can get one?
    I didn't install airfilter.....reason....changing airfilter is the most difficult work to do on a bike for me.I had something in my mind but didn't try yet.I want to either change the direction of the carb or install the pipe in such a way that it's directly towards the front wheel so as fast as I go more air goes in with more pressure.

    You are in Lahore you can find it at any shop.

    Search my started threads you will find it. That's best for pz22.

    Don't reverse direction of carb.. Forward air pressure is not needed as the cylinder itself create a lot of sucking pressure.

    But what I ask them to give? Do I say Pot filter dena?
    Okay I search the thread.
    I had searched Jet didn't fine one I will search in mughalpura tomorrow.
    I tried cg 125 coil+cdi on a long route today.A lot of back fires after heating up and bike also heat then usual.From my experience I can say strength of spark is less......so I changed to cd coil +cdi again as tomorrow I'm going on a long route again

    It could be due to ignition timing at improper time... So user standard cdi.

    Forgot Desi name for that type of filter.

    hehehe,yah to pick hote hy,har bike ki pick alag hote hy,jase kouch bike 1/2/3 gear main aik dam goli ban k jate hain pr 4 gear main shoor kr date hain,isi trh kouch bike ka just 4 gear hota hy phly 3 gear bakwas hote hain,jin k phly 3 gear achy hoty hain wo long py beat ho jate hain

    Bhai har 72 or 78 cc bike ka 4 gear braber hota haien logon na khud sprockets ka sath chrr khani ki hoti hai jiski vaja sa koe 4 th gear ma bhi sae chalti hai koe torque chor deti hai.
    Or bhai kitni ka lambi race hoti hai muja bhi btao.
