Actually they established new plant in lahoe recently as dawood previous have in balochistan & for some unlaw full reasons they shut down their production in balochistan & restart in lahore
Thats why we didnt see their models on roads
Any way i have purchased it from their lahore sales office & right now bike is in runing period & i will share my experience soon
Brothers, dawood yamaha is dead here in paki. They were sole licensed by yamaha so they built their bikes with yamaha's name. But, the company stopped production longgg ago..maybe in 2012/3 or so. But, the factory was bought by part vendors/others and they started making same bikes with name of DYL. Its nothing to do with dawood anymore. This was told to me by so many dealers in karachi when i was buying a bike for myself in june2014. Its NOT dawood Yamaha anymore. Its DYL.

Facts are facts. Yamaha is no more with dawood group. Their contract ended longgggg ago and yamaha is an independent company in paki. Its just like Muslim Commercial Bank which was abbreviated as MCB. When Mansha took it over, its name changed to MCB Bank Ltd - nothing to do with Muslim Comm Bank...DYL have nothing to do with Dawood group and Yamaha...its an infependent brand name now.

Dear u r right contract ended but the reason not true as said
According to their lahore marketing manager he told me reason of ending of contract is yamaha not allowed 70 cc production & also in their line up only 125 & 125 is a less market share in pakistan
