    Default experts help needed specially vicky bhai

    assalam o alaikum
    i have super star deluxe 2010 i bought it used
    serving me from 2o15 january when i bought it was toching speedo to 12okm/h (0rignal ?hina meter) and now i upgraded the bike piston from 0 to 1.0 and over size valve installed on it it hardly touch 1o5 km/h ( on suzuki gs meter) and gps speed is 97km/hr now the problem is i cannot beat any cg125 on road but can beat every honda deluxe what is the matter???

    before piston change you were able to cross a CG125 and Deluxe both of them ?

    Have you checked GPS speed when you bike reached 120 according to meter?

    no i was always at the tail of cg125 and cross dlx but after oversize piston and valves i must beat cg

    unfotunately i was not able to record gps speed

    You would be surprised to be still at the tail after over sizing the stuff.

    1 - In order to beat a Stock bike in initial pick up you need more torques, will need bigger stroke (longer Cylender block+crank_conrod)

    2 - In order to beat a Stock bike in top speed you need more cc wider piston more high revs, will need bigger piston wider block.. More Horse Power.

    once you have more torque and horse power then you need to improve reduction ratio to tranfer al horse and torques to wheels then offcourse bigger clutch would help

    finally final drive also reduced to give good top end.

    when this high level of alterations will be done bikes life will be short.
