    Congrats on your purchase

Take care of it while riding during initial first 1000km or as much as you can
    of first initial km's. Change first oil at 200km 2nd 600km 3rd 1000km after
that every 1000km is best timing to change engine oil

Precaution for running period are Ride it slow 40-45km/h and avoid heavy load
stress on engine avoid quick acceleration and give bike rest of atleast 10 minutes
after every hour if you take it on long ride in running period and also don't ride
at single speed for longer time vary speed little bit. During running period bike
require couple of quick oil changes which i mentioned above

90cm3 shows displacement of engine its 90cc engine

    Regular maintenance of bike include
    *Oil Change On Time
    *Air Filter Change After 3000km
*Lubing Chain Every 500km & Adjustment If Requires
*Tuning Or Tappet Adjustment After Every 3000km

For Tuning Visit Any Good Mechanic Or Visit Honda Warranty Mechanic

Congrats for your new bike hope it serves u well. Its head is of 90cm which means it almost got the power of a 90cc bike but do share its top speed once u complete its running.
Some tips for trouble free ride:
1; Drive slow for first 1k kilometers.
2: Change first oli at 300 km and then at 1k kilometers and then every 1k kilometers dont stretch the oli more then 1k.
3: Use good quailty engine oli zic m5 20W-40 is excellent for your bike order it from zicoil.pkas it will be genuine product. As almost every where 2number olis r availiable in markets.
4: Get it tuned from good mechanic after every 1-1.5k kms.
5: If any problems occures strieight go to mechanic dont delay it.
6: Get wheel balancing done after every 6months to 1 year depanding on the roads u drive.
7: Wash it every week and wax it with a good wax
8: Lubicate breaks, chain and clutch cables every to weeks and adjust them if needed.
9: Check tyre pressure every week or 2 and maintain as per manfacture recommandation u will find correct pressure in bike owner manual.
    Hope this helps u.

@amjad635 @altisdualvvti ThankYou so much both of you bros for wishing me and guiding me, I will update this thread accordingly what will happen in future .

Also I wanted to know that I might sell this bike in an year or two to upgrade to a greater CC bike if REQUIRED, people are telling me to put on a seat cover on the original one as this one will get torn (I won't put a cover as I won't use it as a regular bike or something like that.), People are suggesting to change it's Petrol tank and side covers for better resale after an year because of clean tank and covers, I don't if I should do that or not but I guess I will be replacing in this week.

Buy an tank or cleaning cloth from motorcycle shop cover the tank
no need of replacing tank with used ones full rust rest decision
is yours personally i don't like changing tanks with after market one

Seat cover does protect the seat leather cover and i suggest get fenders
painted from inside as that will protect them from getting rust quicker
and also install mud-guard in engine which will help in keeping engine
clean from mud coming from front tire

Do install seat cover as its important even if u sell the bike u can always remove it. Secondly as amjad bhai said that buy a good tank cover i agree with him as after market tanks arent that good.

So finally bike has completed 300km :p you guys might be surprised but yes it is only used for like 1-2km daily.

So 2 days back I ordered ZIC 10-40 700ml oil from official site and now it has reached my place.
The delivery guy asked for 350 rupees but its official cost on website was 322 when I asked him he kept silent so i paid him 330 and got the oil now i will get the oil changed on weekend.
