Default My First Engine overhaul at home

    Aslaam o Alakum Brothers

Brothers i was very fond of being mechanic

so i bought a Superstar SS70 2009 model and opened its engine

    tore it into parts

replaced ring piston to 50, earlier size was 0

    replaced connecting rod, timing chain

    etc etc

But real problem is that i never opened engine earlier, its my first ever project

i even bought a new wiring for the bike

now its time to Re.Assemble the bike

guide me if anyone has video to assembling 70cc engine please share

close view video is required , specially showing smaller parts adjustments

NOTE: Ab yeh mat kehna k jab ata ni tha to khola Q, becoz i wanted to learn my self. if you cant help please dont condemn/regret. Thanks

Motorbike engine can be put back together no problem, hire any motorbike mechanic he will put it back for you in less than 1000 Rupees and you can watch and learn. But what about the more expensive Marble Floor that is damaged, as oil gets absorbed deep in the marble and stain it forever. Dad will be more upset about that.

use kerosene to wash old oil off the parts

search for cd70 manual in pakwheel , it will guide you how to reassemble .

use a plastic sheet and have a seperate place for parts and arrange them in order as you remove them , dont mix since its your first time , it is possible to mix bolts.

any componet have 4 bolt then remove that componet and put those 4 bolt with it . it speeds up the process.

MashAllah Good Arshad bhai i also wish to do that but have not dared to take such step
and also i can't arrange money for it. Brother there are many videos on youtube

search for Honda c90 engine or pitbike engine rebuilds you will find videos and
engines are exactly same as CD70

you successfully opened the whole engine If you had done it slowly by concentrating
and arranging parts in sequence I think reassembling should have not an been difficult task

I don't discourage I support your effort even if you are failed to reassemble it consult your friend
mechanic he will assemble the engine and you can watch and learn if here is your good friend he
will also guide you and next time you can tear up and reassemble engine at any time in your home

very good congrats Arshad bhai you set the timing yourself?

had you removed clutch plates? than may be they are not installed
correctly or may be clutch actuator plate setting is not done correctly
because of which its pressing clutch plates and clutch side is heating up
