Default Low profile tyres on Daihatsu Move

    Salam,
I have bought a Daihatsu Move 2011 and I got 15" Alloys with it which are company fitted (genuine). Recently surfing through the internet I have gone through some threads and heard people saying low profile tires aren't suitable. Though I know they are less comfortable on bumpy roads. I want to make sure that if the car is safe/fine with these rims and tires. I'm much conscious about this. I'm looking forward for your comments.

    Thank you!

Move came with low profile 15” tires. And company always choose/recommend the best tires which suites best to its shape.
Ofcoarse you can use 13” or 14” tires of different sizes, but you will lost the original look of the car. And also the higher chances that body will start touching the ground while crossing humps or bad road areas.
Going against OEM recommendation seems like working against gravity.

The same case happened with me. I will not sale those OEM 15inch rims and get some chinese brand on them. But the thing to bothered is the same size tyre doesn't come here in lahore. So where to find them or should i change them to 14 OEM.

Are 15inch rim tires are really uncomfortable in driving?

Thanks for the concern. I have replaced the OEM 15 with13 rim. I could find the tyre in that specific size so had to downgrade to 13 inch
