Ok...well it's been a looonnnggg time since I had logged in, but i did every once in a while came on and was a silent observer. And a lot has also changed with my camry over time. Now is the final touch to the car. I need rims and tires. Just got TRD springs in the mail. Need help deciding with rims. Actually decided with 18inch TSW Nurburgring Gunmetal rims. Here are some pics of the ride these days.

Last but not least, these are the rims that I have my heart set on
MY QUESTION: My Camry with stock 16in rims with tire profile 225/65/16 and the width being 6.5in. I wanted to know if these rims would fit the car without any modiciations (spacers, different lug nuts etc). Also about the lug nuts, would stock lug nuts work? And the car also has TMPS (tire pressure system) so can I take out the valve stem from the stock rim and put it on these? The offset on these rims is +45 (stock is +40), and the TSW rims specification is 18x8.5, and stock rim is 16x6.5...so would that matter?
Ok Finally got these in
