I Want to inquire that some of the members are of the opinion that toyot aprobox have cvt and it doesnt work fine with cng as it damages auto transmission, how far its true that probox 2006 has cvt?
secondly who is the best cng kit installer in rwp /isb and what will it cost
CVT won't be a problem here.. a properly tuned CNG installation will not do such harm on your transmission for fairly long time. Just get the EFI version CNG kit that is readily available nowadays and have it installed from a "PROPER" mechanic. Have heard good about its performance on CNG.
probox is not cvt ... and run fine on cng ... but I recommend you to drive on petrol.
cvt cars have TRIPTRONIC zig zang Gear
that's what I told him... It performs good on CNG. and if some one is inquiring about CNG that means that he is favor of doing so.. Petrol is not economical at all even if you consider the amount of wear and tear it causes in the engine. it still is way more economical than any petrol driven car at the end of the day.
The maintenance costs are almost covered from the extra mileage one gets..
