its best to have your original one re-made or a new one hand made with better materials. And your car would have the most basic of EFI - anyone who can understand toyota EFIs can repair it. It would be having the AFM type gate on the airfilter, it usually requires replacement at this age because the reading tracks wear out on the board and the arm carbon brush also wears out.

@spectra: its 2.8 twin cam petrol engine.
But on the back of the car it is written twin cam 3.0.

something doesnt quite seem right, the throttle lever is plastic, while all the M series engines would have the metal throttle lever. Show a picture of your whole engine.

Correct me if i am wrong but this seems like a 3S-FE its 2.0L rwd engine clearly insufficient for a crown body
bro get 1jz-GE its a 6 cyl 2.5l twin cam 24 Valve Efi or 2jz-GE its a 3.0l twin cam and came in later versions of crown and i see many working on CNG without any issue plus i see Rad fan has extra metal cox the fan is back on this 3s engine from original place where it should be and that's not original r or m series engine which came in crown. position of FAN is at the front in crown

you can never find a "genuine" accelerator cable that would work in this situation, you have a half n half situation.

this engine is a hackjob 2.0 and incredibly underpowered for such a large car. And with CNG I bet you must be going real slow. and this does not even look like an 82 crown engine bay, it more looks like a 93 or 94 crown engine bay. The 82 crown engine bay does not use gas springs neither has such fuse boxes neither such brake booster

by the looks you have a body swapped crown, meaning it has a modern body shell on old rolling chassis, if that is true then this vehicle does not have a speedometer cable, it uses an electronic VSS feeding input from the differential or the rear of the transmission. It also is tied into the ABS system.
