check the fuel pressure and leakage of injectors - leaky injectors will cause the engine to belch black smoke, rich O2 reading in otherwise normal engine is bad O2 sensor, when you say change do you mean "NEW" or used from scrap yard?

by your postings - either your ECU is duff or your workshop is not inspecting correctly, If you have good injectors, correct duty cycle at the injectors, correct throttle opening, the ECU is not in "limp" mode, O2 sensors giving feedback and the engine has mechanically good compression and timing your engine should work correct.

There is something missing from the equation here. It maybe that the O2 sensors wiring is shorted somewhere.

if you say that you get error codes for O2 on scanner then it can be either the sensor or its wiring. The scanner does not tell you if its wiring or the sensor itself.

To solve such issues - you have to resort to breaking it down to simpler bits.
