Default My experience with Toyota Aqua.

Driving Toyota Aqua actually gave me a positive feel, Very decent road grip imo fantastic, I have been pushing up the throttle by fair margins and the car felt pretty stable braking was pretty good as well while even at higher speeds, Traction Control is there as well to assist.

On the comfort level, I would say it was decent as well maybe i drive civic with coilovers so i would literally feel any car comfortable. But driving it all day around city, In heat and fasting, I felt all at ease and my shoulders which get tired driving civic for 1 hour continously never really felt like being tired even after driving the car for whole day, On bumps its decent as well.

For interior, The seats are well crafted in design, Multimedia Steering, Climate Control and Seat Height Adjustment make it worthy to sit in, Rear leg space is also fine but less spacy than vitz obviously, Speedometer is also good looking, Trunk Space is better than Vitz. However I feel interior plastic does not sound so good or feel solid, The gear knob should be bit more appealing, Dash design on left could have been better though its okay.

Well, For the acceleration part, Car is a rocket, Very very responsive and fast due to excellent body to power ratio, The car literally picks up like anything and is truly mean in that aspect, Just push up that throttle and boom, That is how responsive this car is, No lags nothing, Smooth Rapid pick up. Hence good acceleration backed by road grip.

Lastly the fuel economy, Its pretty good as well, Was giving around 18-20 in city even after i floored it with literally full paddle. And imo will be lot better if someone drives it normally.

Verdict: The car has its pros and cons, Some drawbacks like poor interior plastic feel, a relatively awkward looking tail lights though i like the exterior specially the front, Also I feel some elements in interior could have been more attractive, But all in all it feels like value for money, Considering if a person needs a feature laden hatch including air bags, Auto Ac.etc whilist the acceleration is extremely good which makes the car intrresting to drive for people below 30, Hence also a good package for college students with decent space, pick up, specs and fun factor. But all in all its value for money for what it offers while being an interesting feature laden hatch.

P.S: Sorry for any typo errors, As i posted this via phone.

And in used cars section i have seen some old shape 2nd gen priuses which are fresh 2014 end or 2015 imports
Is that possible now ?? Btw demands are sky high for 2nd gen prius around 18 lakhs
Old prius is very hard to find and import and there are very few in auctions. I think Aqua will have better acceleration n pick up

None of the models come with cruise control, First is base model in L Package where you get key less entry but chaabi wali key, Climate Ac, Eco mode and all basic Aqua goodies, S Package is with Push Start and some S Package cars are full option with multimedia steering, While G Package generally is with smoked headlamps, Smart Key and Fog lights.

I was going to buy this but when I realized its the same size as Vitz, it changed my mind. Spending 18 lacs on small car feels weird. I bought 2011 OP Reborn instead.

Very good choice, Reborn is a legend. But this car is strictly for people who want good economy and at times have to push throttle as well and ones who want a fun factor hatch. Reborn compared to Aqua/Vitz is a different car altogether.

I checked 0 to 100 videos of this small economical speed monster
    It is indeed a rocket

    0 to 100 in 10 seconds exact
That slightly faster ( 0.5 to 0.7 second) than 1.8 Reborn Automatic

And more economical than even prius

    I am really impressed

Yes it is if you are inclined to change and dont feel any problem with drive, As you are driving 8th gen you will love the drive and pick up of Aqua. Personally i feel 8th gen civic is an evergreen car but if you wanna change you can go ahead.

I agree with you No doubt 8th Gen is evergreen. But one feels the desire to change. People are suggesting me to look for prius but Personally i dont like bum of prius !lol!
And i want to try hybrid because everyone is convincing that i should try it for once.
Aqua is the best alternate i found however I am worried about the comfort and the fact that moving from civic 1.8 to aqua 1.5 might be difficult!
So i wanted your experience in this matter!!!
