Default Anyone having Toyota Crown ?

I have a 97/98 model Royal Saloon two tone pearl white.

    Its a beauty to drive.
    It's a 2.4L Turbo Diesel, 2L-TE.

Front and back AC, Audio Video controls, electric seat, its a freight train, the torque on that thing is crazy.

Once you put your foot down it just keeps going, has the most luxurious drive.

A little hard to drive in today's traffic because of its length, but if i were to buy a newer model, i'd eyes closed all over again.

Fuel consumption depends on your driving style, ranges between 8-12kmpl

Parts you can find in Bilal Ganj and are easily imported from Dubai

    Beautifully replied. Thanks.
Such replies really boost the inspirations.
I hope to get the Toyota Crown 1991 model 2700cc Diesel + turbo within this month. I’ve finalized it already and working on some formalities.
I know it will take couple of months to get this car fit. Because when we start driving, then we know that how many things need to be fixed in it.

After your reply, I start feeling that I am driving crown and enjoying pleasure of its drive. lol

I will visit Bilal Ganj as I have to find its some suspension parts.
By the way, still its full bodies are available from Peshawar & Quetta also. And no problem in finding its spare parts in that areas as well.

Despite of driving styles, any special precautions for keeping/driving this car? Or I have to experience by myself?

No specific precautions, the body is well built and balanced, i'd just say that don't drive it fast in city because of the body weight it gets hard to stop if suddenly something comes in front, you know how the rickshaws and motorbikes act on the road.

Just regular maintenance is required, oil and filters, drive safe and drive happy.
    Congrats on your new Crown!

Why aren't you going for Toyota Celsior? Its a level ahead of Crown in almost every aspect. Bigger power plant, more luxuries. And price difference isn't too high. You should consider that model too if you are planning on going for Crown.

Get the Toyota Crown Majesta, S140. Its was the best variant of the line up with a 4L V8, the 1UZ FE.
It even had a Navigation screen in 1992! Thats how advanced it was in the early 90s.
The hardest part about moving forward is not looking back.

i searched the Celsior on PW. Found 1 seller only and budget is 5 times than what i am going to pay for Crown.
so i'll go for Crown for the time.

another friend of mine also suggested to try other models of lexus. some 2006 models available in 800K only. But i don't know why i feel more attractive towards this very old beauty (crown).
