Default How much would a 3sge kp61 starlet cost?

I'm wondering how much would a 3sge kp61 project cost. Assuming you already have the car how much would everything else for the project cost.

You would need t50 transmission (ke-70 transmission) and suspension upgrade as 3s weight as much as 2c rest mounts fabrication etc

Around 2 lakhs (or more) with the cost of the engine included. 3S-GE in a short wheelbase car such as a KP is useless IMO. You need a longer wheelbase car for that much HP and torque. The car would spin very easily, and no that is not called drifting, it's called wrapping the car around a pole!

T-50 is not out of a KE-70. KE-70 comes either with a K-40 or in very rare cases, a K-50. T-50 is from Carina/Celica/Corona, etc. You'll need a lot more than just suspension and mounts for the job.
    1-Wiring
2-All sensors (if not included in the package)
    3-Fuel lines
    4-Fuel pump
    5-Tank modification
    6-Exhaust manifold fabricated
    7-Injectors cleaned
    8-New fluids and filters
    9-New clutch set
    10-Modifications to the drive shaft
    11-New diff
12-New cooling system with fabricated lines

These are some things from the top of my head right now. It's better to do in on a car that is a better chassis to begin with.

Would this be a hard project to pull off? It's my first project and I got no clue about Pakistan's tunning/mod scene. (recently moved here) I'm looking for a budget project for drifting

EDIT: and daily. I know it's not practical but again I'm on a budget

I don't know what practical is to you, but it would be a waste of a good powertrain, waste of your money, time and efforts if the chassis being used is crap. By stating that, I do not intend to claim the KP60 being a bad car. It is a good car but has it's limits. Get a KE70 or a Daihatsu Charmant in an acceptable condition, build it off mildly and stick in whatever motor you wish. That would be more rewarding, more fun and would double as a daily too.

I've considered the ke70 but most people sell that car for more than 3 lacs. It's the first time I've heard of a charmant so I'll have to take a look.
Just out of curiosity just how much can the chassis withstand main reason I've considered the rwd starlet because I can get it cheap from a friend

Luckily someone on the k-series forum posted a list of stuff he did to make his build

So 4efte or redtop what's the best bang for your buck build?

Congratulations! I would advise you to keep it simple as this is the first car you would be building. Go 4A-GE all the way, stay away from turbos.

Thanks! Now to go hunting for the parts .
Just wondering tho how much does a
    4age 16v red top
    4age 20v silver top/black top cost

I get the feeling St probably more common here (seen more threads on st's being sold could be wrong tho)

The other thing I'm worried about is the 4a bellhousing which I was told is a ***** to find
