Thread: Toyota Mark X low mileage problem please help

    Default Toyota Mark X low mileage problem please help

    As the title said my mark x 2004 giving me 5kms per liter...the things which i work on to resolve the issue are
    fuel injector ultrasonic cleaning and i replace faulty injectors...i got its all servicing reports...throttle body service...tuneup....plugs change with new genuine ones....using high octane...fuel filter service as i couldn't find its genuine filter so clean it....air filter oil filter everything is all gud.. took it to toyota dealership and few different EFI specialist they all said nothing found no error found...according to them its all gud...tomorrow i plan to go for sensor servicing and catalytic converter service...car is running perfectly fine no issues except low milage before this issue it gives me 8-9kms ...orignal milage is 114000kms....any suggestions are welcome TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE....

    The car is running perfectly and is throwing no codes? So what is the issue here? The problem may not be with the car.

    tried changing 02 sensor ?

    Sometimes feeding low viscose engine oils like ZIC A+ or ZIC OW also help in improving fuel average. But as long as these are recommended to use for that engine.

    Anil kidhar hai yaar , no reply or response , well was digging your old ford mustang and celica i wonder where they are now .

    Any ways try to change fuel station as it could be the case of fuel quality and quantity

    A faulty O2 sensor would trigger a fault code and there is no code set per the information posted.
