Default Expert advice needed for 92 Surf SSR-X

    Dear Experts,
I need expert advice on my Surf about different speed responses:
    Let me explain:
In day time when I maintain the RPM to 2000 the jeep runs at a speed of 55 to 60km/h.
But in night when I maintain the RPM to 2000 the jeep runs at a speed of 78 to 80km/h.

Also the drive feels like heavy in day and light in night.

Why there is difference in speed on same RPM?
How I can get the speed of 78 to 80km/h at 2 RPM in the day time also?
Day time image here. Will take the night time run today.
