Default Toyota Passo/Daihatsu Boon Owners/Fan Club

The purpose of this thread is to discuss and share views regarding Daihatsu boon/Toyota passo and to provide a common platform for the owners and potential buyers to discuss the car.
Passo/Boon has become quite popular in the last 2 or 3 months. People are getting curious to know about this car which offers better features than the overpriced 1000cc vitz in a better price tag. The purpose of the club would be to share technical / operational information regarding the car. As well as help fellow members with different issues regarding the everyday running of the car. Realistic advices on prices regarding the condition and model of car will be provided.

in my opinion passo is better in 1, 2, 3,4 is probably same as swift, 5, 6(life time token in punjab),7 is probably same as swift, 9, 10 is probably same as swift

swift may be better in looks, pick and top speed

Front and side Collison of passo and corolla.
Food of thought for most of us.
Passo driver fully safe due to air bags.

YES, AIRBAGS ARE AN EXCELLENT SAFETY FEATURE

A MUST HAVE IN ANY CAR IN THIS DAY & AGE

BUT WE LOVE OUR COROLLAS SO MUCH AS IT IS, INDUS IN UNDER NO PRESSURE TO DO SO BY CLIENTS OR THE GOVT.

THERE USED TO BE A TIME WHEN YOU HAD TO INSTALL SEAT BELTS URSELF IN SUZUKI MEHRANS, THANKS PAK SUZUKI FOR ALL THE INJURIES YOU CAUSED TO DRIVERS AND PASSENGERS TO SAVE THAT PKR 1,000/- FROM SEAT BELTS

MY COUSIN JUST INSTALLED SEAT BELTS IN A MEHRAN HE JUST BOUGHT A FEW MONTHS BACK

ITS NEAR A DECADE OLD AND HAD BEEN DRIVEN AS IS FOR THAT LONG

YOUR FAVOURS TO PAKISTANI CITIZENS ARE UNFORGETTABLE

Tried 150 km/h on 2013 model on motorway with 4 passengers plus fully loaded trunk!
    Car was buttery smooth.

in auto tranny/ CVT it may take a second for ECU to adjust the RPMs according to throttle. Use Hi-Octane, this response will be more quick.
Never underEstimate anyone. Might be a charade has a v8 in his heart.
