Default Toyota Passo/Daihatsu Boon Owners/Fan Club

The purpose of this thread is to discuss and share views regarding Daihatsu boon/Toyota passo and to provide a common platform for the owners and potential buyers to discuss the car.
Passo/Boon has become quite popular in the last 2 or 3 months. People are getting curious to know about this car which offers better features than the overpriced 1000cc vitz in a better price tag. The purpose of the club would be to share technical / operational information regarding the car. As well as help fellow members with different issues regarding the everyday running of the car. Realistic advices on prices regarding the condition and model of car will be provided.

Finally the problem is resolved after opening the catalyst converter (i am attaching a reference picture).. after discussing with few mechanics most of them suggested to open it and clean it. so finally get it opened from the mechanic and cleaned thoroughly with acid (bathroom saaf krnay wala) 6 bottles.. and then washed it with clean water.. the pick has increased and with ac its way better then before..

P.S dont put screw driver or any sharp thing inside the converter

I have this complete set of mats I bought for a friend's Passo. He sold it before I could give them to him, they're practically brand new.

    For details, PM me.

    Dear Raza,

As suggested by you, i drove it for abt 350kms and avg in now 11.4 to 11.7 .. which is again quite low .. I believe with light foot it should do 15-16 in city (Islamabad). Should i get it tuned again ? any good mechanic in Isb ?

Guys, I bought my passo 2008 and it had alloyrims on all four tyres(they're apparently genuine), can anyone tell me what are originally suggested standard pressures of air for all four tyres that one should use?
