One question: is there a chance of coolant getting low in level? I've got a brand new swift and the coolant level seems to get lower than it was brand new. Do I check from radiator cap or the reservoir bottle? I'll attach a picture, hopefully the MIN/ MAX signs are visible

that level is perfect, and dont open the radiator cap it can upset the level inside and in some cases (like tilted car) can introduce air pockets.

Open the cap only when extremely necessary.

it's more towards the low side, i was expecting it to be at least 75% full. Is it safe to top it up with Suzuki's genuine coolant?

leave it alone, that gap is required, when the engine is hot the level will be near or above full. Its normal.

This is the reason why I requested him to post a picture? These sales people understand the Pakistani customers mentality and also all they are concerned with is their sales. If you ask for a pink coolant they will give you pink one and if you ask for red coolant they will give you red one. But if you look closely both of red and pink will have exactly "same colour."

the part number for pink coolant is 00272-SLLC2

while the part number for the red coolant is 00272-1LLAC-01

the packaging will literally say super long life coolant for pink

Sir is glysantin G48 hybrid formulation is suitable for Honda ?

Only the old formulation of G30 is officially approved for Honda & the G48 is not.

Is it a marketing gimmick or G48 could damage the cooling system if used in Honda ?

ergo - always use the proper recommended ratio.

when using a regular OAT, HOAT coolant - replace it every 4 years or 100,000 kms. The toyota red and pink are really good products, the best ive used is BASF glysantin.

The G30 is the best for all aluminium construction engines with many metal parts, the G48 has silicates which require additional add packs in the cooling system, mostly these are placed like packets in the coolant tanks and nearly all the cars that take this have a completely sealed system meaning no open to air overflow expansion tank.

I personally use G05 in nearly all cars that I have. Its a real nice item
