As Aliusman420 Bhai mentioned, it's on the left of the steering, US cars style.
Here is a picture with the gear stick circled in red, so you can identify it much quicker and easier since the picture is kinda small and low res.
Here it is
Well so where is hand brake???
It has the handbrake in the footthere is a small lever in the position of clutch.....on the left side of brake pedal
Hmm, it means that it's totally an alien car, lol
Nope, these dinkies have these kinda gears & its quite amazing we call this foot brake as ''hand brake''I think trend will change soon.
Actually it should be called "park break" to remove ambiguity
You know what's fun? Driving on the motorway at 100km/h, your left foot resting nicely in the place of the clutch. You stretch your feet, and bam, your pinkie toe touches the " Park brake" whoooooooosh skid marks
The parking brake height is pretty high - unless you are 4 ft tall you actually have to lift your leg to engage it. I have been driving cars with this for years and never had an issue.
Not sure which car you drive, but I've noticed it's relatively near the foot resting thingy in JDM's- i.e the Prius:)
@op, here is an example.
It's been like this in American cars since the 50's, even earlier than that!
To avoid more ambiguity it should be called ''Park brake''
Thanks to jdm & other imports, we r seeing all these features.Had the story been limited to local industry, we might be lagging behind rest of the world for at least 80 years in terms of features.
That is just stupid.
All JDM 660 cc so far i have seen this feature. Day first i by mistake pressed it hard as if it was clutch
If you notice the spacing - you will understand that its pretty hard to just press that pedal by accident. its quite high.
