no leakage ...it only decreases coolant when AC is ON .... no reduction while parking or moving with AC OFF

ac and cooling system are not directly related so issue shouldn't be there, does the ac cause decrease in engine performance? is your condenser and radiator clean? clean them and get all the dirt out, if you are using plain water then use coolant, it might very well be in this hot weather water is evaporating with load from ac,

you can check for blown head gasket easily, check the oil is it milky? open the oil cap and check its underside is it milky brown, open the radiator cap with the engine running(be sure to do it when engine is dead cold) and rev it slightly if water flies out then bad headgaskit, is there white smoke from exhaust under acceleration then bad head gasket, if there are none of these symptoms then no worries about head gasket no matter what mechanic says

don't use acid on the grills it would cause them to rust severely down the road and you'll have to replace them, steam washing is best, or you can use a pressure washer but hold it at some distance as you dont want to bend the grills either, pressure washer is vert effective, you can use a radiator cleaner like liqui moly radiator cleaner to clean the inside then fill up with coolant, also check for air bubbles, open the radiator cap when engine is cold and let the engine run until water starts to overflow, a trapped air bubble can cause over heating as well

lastly as the problem seems to be relating to ac is your compressor in good shape? any weird noises? a faulty compressor clutch can cause excessive strain on the serpentine belts and inturn the engine causing it to overheat, you can by turing ac on and observing if the compressor pulley is turning at the same speed as the belt, lastly it could be as simple as a faulty radiator cap

a head assembly is usually installed with a head gasket, if there is white smoke then possibly head gasket it blown but that could be after overheating and your initial problem remains unsolved so it can happen again, you should rectify your orginal problem first, if you have white smoke and also check wheterh there is oil in radiator or water in oil then don't drive the car and get the head gasket changed otherwise severe engine damage can occur

you are welcome and a compression test will tell you which cylinder is loosing compression, it could be loosing compression because if either head gasket or crack in assembly or cylinder head as it is called it won't tell you which, any AC tech can tell you state of compressor simply by hooking up the high and low ac gauges that they have and about the noise have you compared it with another passo? the 1kr fe is not a very quite engine
