Default Suggestions to improve fuel economy of Toyota passo

Keep tyre pressure 35 psi and do wheel alignment after 45 days.
    Drive carefully to avoid bumps.
Use engine oil ZIC X7 0W-30 (8 to 10km change interval) with VIC Filter (O-117).
    Use Yokohama ECO Tyres.
Then enjoy the fuel economy of your car.

Whatever written in your owner manual regarding engine oil is best for your vehicle. There is no thing like "Pakistani Environment"....otherwise they have country specific, even city specific owner manuals. (Chitral vs Jacobabad)

Even in one country there are different weather conditions as you have rightly pointed(by comparing two cities) . Thats why they have mentioned environmental temperature to select oil.

35psi will ruin suspension which is already a bit hard than other JDM cars
also change engine oil after max 4000 km
    due to extremely polluted air
if you are already getting 14-15km with ac in city
its the BEST u can get
