    Default VCS Light

    Hello all.

This problem has occured in an associate's 2008 Prius 1.5 G Touring, UK make.

The VCS light is illuminated. He is not sure why it is constantly appearing, however, he recently got the car's wheels balanced.

Any idea what it could be?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions/advice.

Thank you for the reply Xulfiqar.

It will be getting checked for sure, however, I was wondering if anyone has come across such an issue, and if so; how was it resolved.

the VSC lamp is an alarm, it requires to be scanned to spit out the reason for it, there are many errors that can cause this, ergo there cannot be one simple reply to this

From what I saw it was just the VCS light.
No other warning light was on. There was no change in the performance of the car either.
    It is running smoothly.

Yes, that is the impression I have gotten from searching online; it could be something minor.
I suppose the scan will reveal the cause.

Apparently the light was appearing due to the steering censor which needed to be replaced.
