    There is no fan for the hybrid battery! However there is an air vent at the very right corner of the back seats!! You can clean that. See instructions from the manual. the normal battery resides inside the rear bumper side. if u lift the carpe, mat and cover from trunk u will find at your very right corner ( 4 O' clock position)...thats the battery normal used for normal purposes such as lights and other small works. For the car the hybrid batteries are under the trunk and rear seats in a draw like thing! u can make it out i u wanna replace 'em!

    No. Actually there is a cooling fan for Hybrid battery. Many videos are available on Youtube.

    To service the battery bank cooling fan you had to remove the whole battery bank and then disassemble it for servicing.

    Default Prius Servicing

    Brother, I would not recommend going near to the Battery area , as its running on high voltage DC. DC battery is running on 200V DC which could kill you (if protective devices not switched off) in few miliseconds. I would recommend you see hybrid specialist near your area ..or speak to us ECO TECH (ahmed Ali) in Tariq Road...phone no. 03008718890
