itsgumbys: We should not get carried away by the heavy advertisement campaigns of societies like Gulberg. There are so many such societies along that road and other places who launch such heavy media campaigns and after collecting the required money, they just become silent and the development work remain at snail's speed to show members that something is going on. All these societies would be liveable perhaps in 25 years practically. Look at B-17, people are still afraid to go there by foot after late afternoons. In any case price range of gulberg is as high as g-14 which is a proper CDA sector.
If you can afford to go to bahria 8, then that could be an option in this range. I am talking investmentwise.
