On 28th March,
i was at a tyre shop, looking for some new tyres for my corolla. My cell phone rang, when i picked up the phone it was Libra on the other side. He asked me if i can come to his house?
within half n hour i was at Libra's house where over a cup of tea he told me to get ready for a road trip to Islamabad coz he had a meeting with some Govt. officials in Islamabad for the betterment of PakWheels.
I asked when? he said tonight at 9 PM
So i reached back my home, packed my bags n got ready for another thrilling road trip with Libra
Trip Started: 28th March 2009 11:13:05 PM
Trip Ended: 3rd April 2009 12:36:42 AM
Ride was Libra's Pajero n the passengers in Pajero were:
1: Libra
2: Mr. Abid Raza
3: Mrs. Abid Raza

we started our journey n our 1st stop for tea was at super highway
Day 2: 29th March 2009

We travelled whole night n in the morning entered into Punjab.
Our plan was to take the following route. Karachi, Hyderabad, Moro, Rohri Bypass, Sadiqabad, Head Punjnad, Muzaffargarh, Mianwali, Talagang, Fatehjang, Tarnol n Islamabad. estimated time was 18 to 20 hours max.
when we stopped for tea at Sadiqabad Bypass where Baray Bhaiyya asked a local, private texi driver about that route that (bandar da puttar) misguided us abt that route n told us that more than 200KM of road was under construction n also the bridge on Head Punjnad was closed for some repair works
He ( gadhey ki dum) suggested us a new route which was Sadiqabad, Bahwalpur, Lodhran, Khanewal, Kacha Kho, Abdul Hakim Cantt, Pir Mehal, Toba Tek Singh, Gojra, Faisalabad n then Islamabad via motorway
According to him that was the shortest n best route n within 5 hours we should reach Faisalabad we asked abt the road conditions n he said the road is excellent
So we acted upon his advice n did the biggest blunder of our life :(

At the time of the invasion by Alexander the Great, Uch was under Hindu rule.
Certain historians say that Alexander came to Uch after conquering northern parts of India and spent over a fortnight in they city and renamed it Alexandria. Some have mentioned Uch by the name of Sikandara or Iskalanda They have described it as the most flourishing and beautiful town perched upon the plateau near the confluence of the Chenab and Ravi rivers. The famous shrines existing at Uch include those of Hazrat Bahawal Haleem, Hazrat Jalaluddin Surkh Bukhari, Makhdoom Jahanian Jahangasht, Shaikh Saifuddin Ghazrooni and Bibi Jawanadi.
