Well, if you're fond of switching cars every 2 months, you'll have a hard time selling it.
The reasons :-
1- Our car market is controlled by the dealers. And you'll be dealing with one of them if you plan to sell your ride swiftly.
2- We are a bunch of cheaters - we wouldn't tell why a car was showered. Even if it rolled over a number of times, we'll be better off saying ''I got it showered to remove minor scratches''.
Plus cars last for so long in Pakistan, that a 1995 corolla goes from hand to hand through a number of owners by 2010. So no one can be sure what the car has been through with the previous owner.
And you try to play safe by buying a ''total genuine'' car to be sure that it hasn't gone major roll overs. You play safe, because even a 15 years old Corolla costs a Million Rupees...which is a fortune in a country, where a liver can be bought for 1.5 lakh rupees.
3- Quality of work - very often, you don't find the quality of work by local painter/denters at par with the company's job, as not every local painter owns the machinery or technology, not even a dust free paint cabin.
