exactly WHICH Accord inspire made by Honda is Rear wheel - the engine in this car (G20A 2.0 5Cyl) sits like a RWD engine but infact it is FWD - the tranmission sits under and aside the engine with its drive axles seeming to exit from the sump.
So please do not dream of putting a 2JZ in it, you cannot even stick any sort of FWD Engine in this car without major cutting and welding. Let alone a full RWD.
Its an OBD0 car - and has its ECU under the passenger floor mat like the old Integra that flashes out codes to you, sort out the electrical gremlins by working with the error codes, there are some codes that are always tied with others like the traction control etc, but they are repairable for sure, I repaired such a car that was bought standing at a Tariq Road showroom as a complete basket case.
The usual problems associated with this car are failure of the engine position sensor (inside the distributor) and failure of the injector resistors. The headgasket can also fail easily if you dont purge air from the system as the engine is long and sits a little further from the radiator compared to a regular FWD
