hey guys
recentlytly purchased a 2000 vitz.....after a few days drive when i opened the hood and checked the coolent pipe leading from radiator to engine , found it really tite...rather extremly stiff like it will be bursting in a while...i imediately went to my mechanic and told him about the problem ...he told me that he will get it check in detail after opening it as it may be the problem of gaskit or may be another....in short i got the head of my car opened and found the head to be ok...block to be ok.IN SHORT NO SIGN THAT CAR WAS heated befor..piston and syclinders were also fine...even then on saying of mechanic i got my gaskit changed...got the head phased and got the valve changed.....for few days the pipe behaved normally but after that the pipe started getting stiff again...i got it checked from another mechanic who told that JAPANESE CARS ALWAYS PRODUCES PRESSURE..engine is in waterdropping condition on the whole but ....in short the problem is still there and am really worried as i feeeel that the pipe might burst on long drive with the constant pressure in water pipe resulting in engine getting seize amd trouble.........
guys am reallly worried .....so kindly help me out with your suggestions and possible solution
