Guys this may not sound like a problem but beleive me it is. i have two rolla's both late 05 models. one is 2.0D saloon (with ABS) done 7000km no mechanic ever seen it (except when building it ) and Gli done 5000km same mint condition.
while driving the brakes create a grinding noise when applied on both cars. however with a few more brakes apllied in say another next 3km drive. the grinding noises go away and everthing is normal till next day when again same is repeated.
today since the sun is out and rains stopped i inspected the disc brakes of both vehicles and i saw RUST particles on the disc of both cars. Are the disc supposed to attract RUST or is it just pathetic quality of Toyota Product??
i have a charade which has front discs and not a particle of rust on them. they are shining new.
any ideas as to what i can do to solve this, is this part of the Toyota Package deal that we here in Pakistan get??
i m dissapointed in Toyota. is any 1 facing similar problems???
Note: Gli was driven alot in the rain, where as the 2D was driven only a few times but cautiosly.
