NA Engines work on Negative Air Pressures (Vaccum). But getting Postive Air Pressures in the Air Box gets you more power as more Air gets into the airbox than the engine is sucking in. Getting Positive Pressure to build up in an airbox is difficult but not impossible.
Best bet is that highes air pressure would where the fog lights are in the bumper as air is deflected both upwards and downwards (and sideways too). You wont be able to get a scoop near the windshield (that would look sick).
Get a custom Air box made from a Fiberglass bumper maker, put in a performance filter and make sure its a air tight box. Get a pipe from the front of the vehicle into the airbox. THat would feed the engine with cold and high volumes of air. Cheerz![/highlight]
