had they been wearing seatbelts, situation would have been very different.
what causes people sitting in rear to get fatally injured when they don't hit dashboard or anything hard?
they are moving with the same speed as of car. hitting front seats and even going on top of it and into the front area of the car is very normal. People hardly wear seat belts in rear seats. Internal organ bleeding and getting other serious injuries is very much possible. If you remember the crash I posted.. my brother was in rear seat and he was having the most serious injury in the crash. https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/spotted-crashed-wheels/215312-1997-toyota-hilux-accident-still-haunts-me
Hmmm....Yeah i have read about your brother. But rear seat injuries should be less serious in my opinion as compared to front seats.
whenever i am in office car, i prefer to sit in rear seats or when i am travelling via daewoo bus i always book seat no. 21(which is in middle). i just have a feeling these practices are much safer.
