i would say ... govt start issue a Road Fit certificate.
first one to go out would be Rishkas
I bumped my car and it cost me around 100£ repairing that. If i was ever in PAK kabhi na sahi karwata ...secondly ... mera karcha wont exceed more than a thousand..
secondly, its right we drive the scrap to the moment they start falling apart. and when they start doing so they are hardly worth anything. Bliv me my frd bough a 1998 reg Nissan from a local scrap yard for 150£ l0lz.
no MOT no road tax. that scrap yard owner said I will do the MOT thingy for you and total would be around 350£. MOT was declined before scrapping that car by the previous owner ( sharp bumper, poor emissions, bla bla bla ... ) that perrson got thru that mot thing ( probablly 2 number method :D)
now he is driving a koooooooooooool car worth only 350£ wht he says that he wud scrapt it after 1 yr. i think its worth it . and engine is really untouch and in excellent condition. ps, pw, central locking. 5 door. sunroof lolz...
i am jealous
i think we should have scrapyard. govtt shd start taking care of the enviroment before it gets too late.
