You have perverted everything to do with this story. There is not a grain of truth in what you've said. You've taken initial speculations as cold hard facts. Read the latest CBC reports and you'll realize how wrong you are to tout your fiction as reality.
You say they were playing video games? Wrong. Then you say they were drunk? Wrong.
The two kids were in two different cars going home. They were alone in the cars. Two kids. Two different cars. The report of NFS was a report that "the game dvd was found in the car, maybe the kids were part of the racing culture. They were not playing games.
The police report shown in court showed "no levels of alcohol" in either of the suspects. You say they were drunk, but the police and courts disagree.
Try proving to me how someone can get drunk, drive a car fast, play a video game and STILL stay within the lines. Witnesses said the cars were driving fast, but they were not driving like drunks.
The fact of the case is this - the cars were speeding. The accident happened at one of the most dangerous intersections. Tahir Khan died in the accident. The kids were not intoxicated. The judge recognized the magnitude of the case and the innocence of all parties involved. The judgement was appropriate.
