Well go to a honda 3s workshop like honda fort. Ask them to perform a fuel pressure test. If the pressure is alright than check whether injectors are all fine. If they are all fine check the coils, if they are also fine than ask to them to match the values of your cars MAF, IACV, TPS etc with those in the company manual I hope that will resolve the issue.
Few days back same problem happened with my city 2005 on petrol. I would not move at all on petrol on CNG it was fine. First I had to change all the injectors worked for few days but the clogged injectors had taken most of fuel pump so it also went bad. Now with both things changed every thing is fine.
Do take extreme care of your fuel pump as it costs a lot to change.
