My Mehran also has 3 leafs
It is quite bumpy on rough roads, but on smooth roads it just gives minor Jumps.
There is a role of Tires, as you can easily observe that Mehrans with different Tires behave differently.
My tires are old General Radials ST of 145 some size, that is quite small to absorb bumps.
In your case, it seems that the Tires are meant for 'Snowy' areas as 'Ice guard' is written on it's Side wall.
Furthermore, as others mentioned, your Tires seem old and the Treas seems to be re-groven. You can easily compare it with new tires.
About Kamani, I also think that removing it will solve the Jump issue, but it is something your Mechanic might not do until you take the responsibility of facing the consequences.
Like Ekdrifter said, I also noticed that there is some problem if too much dirt accumulates on the Kamanies.
If you are changing tires, I found Hankooks Optimo ME 04 best in comfort.
