It sounds like a typical throttle body issue. The idle control solenoid may be malfunctioning, and the best thing to do for you would be to get the whole throttle body replaced with an unaltered kabli one.
Mechanics here normally try to 'adjust' the idle by maneuvering the idle control solenoid. However, it is non adjustable to begin with and therefore once it is opened, it becomes really difficult to adjust it back to the exact factory specs again.
So instead of struggling with unrelated things, just replace the whole throttle body. Before you buy one though, make sure the khan promises to replace the throttle body if it doesn't work perfectly, since these are used parts and normally very dirty, chances are that you may have to try on a couple before you hit gold.
Remember! The key here is to get a throttle body in which no screws have ever been opened. And if you get tempted to get it serviced before installation make sure the ic valve/solenoid is not touched because it will again bring you back to square one.
