Aoa. I have a strange problem with the braking mechanism of my Indus Corolla. The brakes work fine, but as soon as it is driven for almost 60+ kms, the brakes start to give in. The car won't stop as it should when the paddle is pressed. Instead the car glides down the road as if there are no brakes present. I had to pull the handbrake twice yesterday in order to avoid rear-ending two cars. The mechanics won't understand this problem as the brakes worked fine when i took the car to them.
I have checked the brake oil level. The mechanic said the brake pads are in good condition. There is absolutely no grinding or whining noises when the brake is pressed.
This is not an everyday problem. Happens 2-3 times a week.
