UPDATE:
I used epoxy and poured some oil. Without issues, reached workshop around 12km far. It was a minor hole alongwith crack, which was repaired through welding (cost me 600 Rs). As pointed out by Xulfiqar, the oil chamber was fairly easy to remove. The guys at workshop removed it within 15 minutes, took it for welding, installed it back in about 30 minutes. Paid 500 Rs for labor. So overall it got repaired in 1100 Rs. A used pan from junk costs around 3500 Rs I was told.
