    Cool My Suzuki GS150 Euro-ll

    Hello everyone,
By the grace of Allah, I have purchased my new ride GS150.
Previously, i have owned CD70 (used around 2000Km only, sold because of too tiny engine for my needs)

My second bike as most of you here know was Junoon. Used for 11000 Km , a very nice bike. Did a lot of long tours on this bike and it was wonderful companion. It is in family use now.

Because of my touring nature and "Need for Speed", this time i went with the maximum CCs available in market aka GS150, Alhamdulillah it is my third bike in one year time period
I haven't used it much yet, so can't tell much about it yet. But i have found it amazingly vibration free and silent.
Here are few shots, please say Mashallah

Saw this bike at the dealership, was seriously disappointed at the sheer lack of quality and finishing....... looks way better in the pics but it wasn't so in reality..... hope you do not face any mechanical issues due to the quality of this thing.....

The one thing that unites all human beings, regardless of age, gender, religion, economic status, is that, deep down inside, we all believe that we are above-average drivers.

QUALITY is still big question mark on Suzuki bikes
i mean there are many complains about suzuki motorcycle quality
here on pakwheels too & these are alot even i have not seen
these much complain about chonda's quality so people pretty happy with chonda's too
but they have experience suzuki low quality & they doubt on their quality
So Suzuki must improve their quality, Satisfy & gain customer faith

But being an owner of suzuki 150 2008 model. I am very disappointed with the brakes of this machine. It is very poor from the side of brakes. Ride safe.
You are talking about front or rear brake???
Talking about front brake, i checked about 15 bikes there, and most of the them had poorly aligned brake shoes with drum, you pull the lever and it doesn't push brake shoes enough against drum to stop the wheel and if you tight the brake then it will cause wheel to jam. Finally i found a bike which had them perfect the way i wanted but it had some black spots on right front shock but i wasn't satisfied with brakes of any other bike, so i took this bike even though it has those spots. But this sacrifice really paid off, braking is excellent, i can almost jam the wheel if i want. My friend checked it and commented," you got the discbrake for free"
Rear brake shouldn't be problem on any bike i think, it's just the stock tyre isn't enough for a bike of this weight. Put a 100/90 or 3.50 tyre at rear and you are good to go.
But all in all, suzuki should really pay attention to this issue, this bike doesn't have discbrake, and on the top of that their front drum brake isn't working properly also in most of the bikes

Sir, don't call them crap, tech might be older, but still they have highest quality in market right now. And if a friend who is not so techy/into biking, and just wants a good powerful bike, i'll still advise him to go for deluxe.

I didn't hire a professional photographer to make it look better in pics, these pics are just taken by my mobile.
I agree that quality control isn't so good, if you go to showroom, you can see minor defects here and there with a keen eye. will keep updated about issues i face

thanks, but i won't say it was a choice, it was more like the only option for a power hungry user like me. i really hope now i won't be feeling slow on highways anymore, and if still i do then "meray gham ka koi elaaj nahi hai"
and for God sake, share your GPS speed yaar, meri running poori honay mein time lagay ga, damn winter.
