But there is no bulb. It is a sealed beam like used in car lights.
And mechanic added another heavy line from battery to headlight to support extra watts.
Result is superb. Night riding got a whole lot better.
I was worried a bit if battery would support it and have used it cotinuously for 2.5 hours on highway with no issue.

even then it was worth spending below 3k after enjoying this machine alot . now what will be or what should be the next thing after rings and valves with same GLI pattern?? I think piston? Talking about engine overhauling will be too early??

Yeah Gull bhai gives tough time to GS150 engine with his GLi type cruising
long journeys with high speed cruising
Hopefully no other issue rise again in near future as that will put ???? on
GS engine reliability. Gull bhai oil reduction mainly is because of rings only
may be valves still had life in them or you were satisfied with mechanic
when he showed you valves
Couple of pages back saw your post regarding poor hub quality of Pak Suzuki
its really sad what they are doing with Pakistani people. They have increased
price of GS alot but quality is becoming lower and lower
Totally agree guys. 2.5K cost is nothing looking at all the fun i had with this machine.
Hopefully furthermore engine work won't be required soon as i ride little calm now and try to limit myself to 90Km/h even on empty highways.
yes its good to keep engine rpms little low from what it achieves maximum
speed on road. At 90km/h GS would not have tough time

Its cause is engine oil brand change continuously
I was read in your earlier posts your were using two types of oil in your bike,s engine one was zic & i think other was total
Same problem has happened with my bike at 28K on odo because of engine oil brand changing i have changed continuously 5 types of oil in my bike
I was warned strictly by my a friend of suzuki mechanic to be stick to one brand only whether it is anyone
But i have never listen to him/COLOR]
Did a high speed run of 300km from Bahawalpur to Chishtian and back with pillion.
Bike ran fine. Did notice little hiccup near 100km/h while accelerating. But once it clocked 110 then kept going on smoothly.
Hoping it will resolve when new valves settle down???
