    Zongshen Piaggio is available in many asian countries .. and every country has its own paiggio designed speciaficall for their country level requirement and yes there details are available on internet too...

    In @omer85's 2012 thread he shared the paiggio which are in use in different countries and in Chinese states as well..

    Bhai my nai ye pics to daikhi hy per ye to full bike ki pics hy bas no engine specs here i have been searching for few days but could,t find engine specs and techs anywhere Zongshen china ki website per b kuch nai hy..
    i have read two specs about piaggio engine somewhere on PW
    1 - Piaggio have steel bushes in Tappets (I think mentioned by u in ur piaggio forum)
    2 - And like GD110 Piaggio also have small diameter piston...
    so i just want to confirm these things and so more of this engine
    Can,t think of a better signature

    place was also there in sprinter too but they never bothered to install it ... for cost cutting reasons obviously ... even if the installed self starter, they will price it for 110k .. like they introduced painted mudguards in gs150 and price went up by 2k ... not to mention they also switched back to default clutch/brake lever from black painted one ... more cost cutting ..

    zongshen ki website is very poorly managed I think the dont bother much about online information.

    but child companies, like ravi and respective companies in other countries do have proper websites with detailed descriptions but they are in different language so if you search using google you wont find any thing becuase pages in other languages then english are not indexed for english type search.. so one has to do some intellegent searched or use respective language in search box... Omer85 searched them back then .. you can do it.. all you need it time and Patience... :-D

    well detail specification of GD110 is available as Suzuki engineers have worked on their this 110cc
    they have spcially designed their own SHOC engine with their own innovative changes
    they have worked on this bike as a project to introduce a bike for daily runner an economical bike
    easy maintenance so thats why the whole details are available as they want to show their product qualities
    they want to show their hard work done on this bike which make it different from other bikes

    There is nothing special in Ravi Piaggio engine so thats why you don't find in technical details of this bike
    as you can see the tech brochure of GD110. Ravi Piaggio is having normal OHV engine with euro 2 technology
    you can find technical details about OHV engine on net easily

    I wish this time they realize that there is need of self starter
    which will further improve value of this bike in eyes of true biker
    AND I am hoping athough chances are very low they may cut price
    as their official statement in launch of GD110 they said
    many parts of this bike are imported so once they build bike here
    so they may reduce price a bit & install self starter in this bike & manages price around 95k or chalo same 1lakh


    As price of Suzuki Raider is now 87500 so that will be fine
    and i think there is no need of GS150 but there is need of 150cc

    so if they launch a new bike with all important features & attractive looks
    around 120k or little above than suzuki products will be balanced As
    113cc GD110 around one lakh rupees & 150cc in one lakh three thousand five hundred rupees makes no sense
    So they must now discontinue GS150 & Also Discontinue those Sprinter & Sprinter eco thing waghera

    The thing is Piaggio is very lazy when it comes to websites and brochure about its products even the technical specs vary on RAVI PIAGGIO website and RAVIMOTORCYCLE website so i think there must be a website or a country which have spend sometime to give their customer the idea of their hardwork

    piaggio engine is no doubt of great quality its being used by many p.w users for years
    & also they have driven it hard yet its performing so well for them
    its always said being OHV piaggio engine does not vibrate we might know in tech brochure
    what is myth behind that???

    Zongshen shares only basic information of baseline models... in there <cite>www.piaggio.com.cn/en/Piaggio.php</cite> but there country specific model like suxukis GD110 can be traced on there respective sites... like we have ravipaiggio.com here ...

    I remember there is a a large fan following in philipines ... and there forums are filled with zonghen rides..

    for instance
    Motorstar IQ155 Cruiser (Zongshen Pursuit 125)


    to know more how detailed and fine engineering zongshen do on its ride and details about their industry and research center is compiled very good in this video..

    its not a myth Amjad.. its just a misunderstanding of local riders... even a OHC CD70 vibrates lit a drill machine after 75KMH speed.. so its a lame point ... the limitatation is that OHVs face power loss after there peak power RPms which is 10/11k RPM in bikes ... where as OHCs can go ahead ...

    CG125 faces vibration becuase it is a bike from those decades when vibrations were not considered an issue, paiggio is todays bike and adresses it properly ...

    there is a reason why paiggio being chinese stayed and turn out strong and other chinese 125's are resting in peice at mechnics shops .. becuase it does have many latest engineering marvels which still are still missing in all japs (local) bikes uptill now and which were never dreamt by any Pakistani riders before but I didnt bothered to tell them again and again .. .. ..

    i was once going through some forums on PW and i read someone's post and he was saying that he opened his engine to change piston rings and he was surprised to see that the piston was very small as compared to CG so this clearly shows this bike is not from 90's and small diameter piston is the most significant feature of GD110 in reducing vibration and noise and piaggio is using this technology long ago so no doubt Piaggio have some hidden tricks inside its engine which will reveal as the time goes by

    its best engineered Philippine assembled bike ... but as it is imported as CBU it is suffering from same problem as piaggio that is duty and customs...

    If some one ask me it should be around 80~90 given its a middle ride between 125 and 100 category .. other then that it aint poor .. look at the spces yar.. kemat dekh ker bas bati chali jati hai ...

    yes engine specs are impressive indeed ...i would love to use its engine in boat but looks are maathi and 100k does matter when u hv other option like 125cc and 150cc with self start in same price range ...
