Default Suzuki GD110 vs Honda CG 125

    Hi,
I have never used a motor cycle before. I really like the way Suzuki GD110 looks , it is 110cc . On the other hand Honda is most reliable (?) motor cycle brand and , Honda's CG 125 is a little more powerful. Both bikes are available at a price of 99,000.

Can anyone please tell me some advantages / disadvantages of these bikes to help me decide.

    Thanks

GD 110 is the bike i am planning to get. I have checked the advance model of cg125, the only thing changed is the sticker. As for the price, it is now 1 lac 10k. Suzuki know these bikes will make market. 1 year old GD with 35km done is on sale at a website for 90k. And at that time the price of the new bike was 99k. So resale is also good. I am in a mood of experimenting and getting a GD 110.

I know with this build quality there definitely is performance. The product speaks for itself.

Finally I sold it to a friend and he is still pushing that machine further. The only major work that had to be done was the clutch plates were replaced and that's it. Heck I tuned the bike at home till the day I sold it. Never took it to the mechanic and never ever was the Carburetor been opened. I don't think Honda can beat that.

    Well.
I m hearing very 1st time about bad road grip of cg. I m not negating u but May b some factors involved like condition of tyre, road type etc.
Otherwise cg is famous for its road grip and engine break.

If tire has good tread, and brake shoes adjusted, CG hasn't bad road grip as such... but its still not a strong point of it.

Front brake is good which compensates for any weakness in avg rear tire grip

are you sure cg has good road grip becoz when I was using junoon once I jumped on a speedbreaker with 2 pillion at 50km/h becoz I couldn't see the speedbreaker on time and surprisingly we didn't fall but on my cg last night I was with my younger brother and was on 35-40km/h my rear tire skit badly on a reflector and my tire are brand new it my personal view even junoon being a 100cc have better roadgrip than cg

Anyone saying about CG125 (or 'Dream' for that matter) having Good Road Grip, obviously needs to spend more time with their ride. They obviously haven't been in a situation where "Road Grip" is tested.

Over my near 5 years of CG125 experience, i have been through such situations MANY times. And when it comes to Road Grip, this bike barely has any.
