Default Suzuki GS 150 Euro II 2013

    AOA
After long inquiries and consultations with brothers gull-s-777, bluehorn, vickytulla ansee and many others finally decided to buy GS 150.
It was not available in black color from personal dealer but today his shipment finally arrived, and now i have bought a brand new GS 150.
Will be consulting for engine oil and anything other required.
    Please say MASHALLAH

I am not a expert in these things. I may be wrong but according to me If Oil Has gone black then we should change it.

    Default re oil color

@poster. no worries, this means the oil is doing the job which it is required to do.
just change oil as required or on 300 km.
pour any good quality oil 20w50 will do just fine for this machine. if u can get Valvoline 20w50 .i am pretty sure u would stick to it and will be very satisfied with its performance.
    kind regards
Help others so that u can be Helped

Don't judge the oil by its colour.
Do first oil change around 300Km, and second at 1000km at first tuning.
By the way oil isn't really black. I can see through it means it is far from black. You took this pic in dark i guess??? A pic in day light would give better idea.

a photo in plain bright day light would be best...

    thanks for the wishes
Overall the bike is a major improvement/upgrade from CD 70 however one problem i am facing is that like cd70 it`s seat is not hip friendly. however i would like to comment that i have travelled 80 km on it in one day and i did not feel any back pain or hip pain or any type of exhaustion. seating position gives very good control over the bike at any speed. brakes provide good stopping power almost equal if not more than stopping power of disc brakes

Yup, seat isn't hips friendly. You might wanna put some extra cushion for long rides. Apart from this, GS is great for long trips.
Brakes are just alright i would say. But far from being equal to disc brakes.

@N0m125^^^"brakes provide good stopping power almost equal if not more than stopping power of disc brakes."

U r damn right bro.I used to think that GS has pathetic & non effective braking power before riding my beloved bro @master100's Gs125.
But it has v.nice brakes the problem is only with it's tyre which doesn't provide it grip.
Brakes are that much effective that tyre skids.

    AOA
gull bro i said it is almost equal, i meant to say if the tyre did not skid on braking hard it would almost equal in stopping distance of deluxe.
gull i had a query: when i lift the front wheel and rotate it the tyre stops rotating very quickly either the brake leather is pushing on the barrel or the wheel bearings are faulty.
what do you think is the reason for this happening

most probably it's the brake leathers. Loosen the brake leathers and try rotating again. Also if you do it in quiet place you can hear the rubbing sound of leathers if they are touching the drum.
