    Default Restored suzuki a80 1976

    Assalamu Alaikom,

    After 4 months of patience I finally restored the this bike..

    Suggestions and feedback is wellcome.

    I tried my level best to the complete geniune japanese parts in this bike.

    I bought, Workshop manual, Owner Manual and parts Catalogue with diagram. Believe me these books helped me alot.

    This is my second post. First post was block due to unknown reason which was about my bike suzuki inazuma.

    Please acxept my pardon if I have voilated any rule while posting this.

    this is a nicely restored bike, I have mine too of 1975 model but I restored it into 1990 model (i.e. into the last japaneese point model). have u upgraded its magneto of silver aluminium made of kokusan denki japan into ND Japan to increase its lighting & ignition current for better peak and performance.

    I also used Suzuki 80 (auto clutch) 1980 model in during my old school days

    AoA usama sb, u have really nicely restored your 1976 Suzuki A80M, I have also got 1975 Suzuki A80L, it was originally in blue colour but I have restored it into Black colour 1990 Suzuki A80 (last CBI Point Japanese model) by buying its new genuine parts from market. I did not re coloured its original fuel tank and side covers. can i have your contact no., mine is 0321-4566808 I want to discuss some other things of the bike with you. thanks, M. Shahzad

    I am glad to see Suzuki A80 user here..

    Yes I have changed the KOKUSAN DENKI Flywheel Magneto with N.D flywheel MAGNETO. I didnt changed it because of the bright light and pick, i changed it because i was not able to find the new one, that magneto was weak, it was made of silver and the output current power was 6v.

    It was very tough to find rectifier of 6v, liquid battery for 6v and other things regarding 6v current system..

    Shazad shb, I am really amazed that you deeply about these models.. mine was A80L same as yours.. but I change my model to A80M because of the geniune spare parts availability.

    dear great work done, thumbs up ! actually i was looking for the document you used...i opened my Suzuki a80 but i am confused with the gear box, because i slipped it, will opening, and know i am not getting the proper position its gears. please email that.

    Not a problem brother..

    As I mentioned before I don't have the manual in pdf format or in soft copy..

    before purchasing it I also thought that seller will email me.. but he posted the hard copy..

    It will take time to convert that hard copy into soft copy..
