    Default Suzuki GD-110_ some work done with mudguards and kick lever

    Dear friends;

    I did some work with front and rear mudguards and also to reduce the sound of hitting the kick lever to foot rest lever.
    To protect the engine and foots against water splashing. This flap is originally of Suzuki Sprinter.

    This has to done to protect my back against water/mud splashes by rear wheel. This flap is originally of Honda CD70.

    This has to be done to reduce the "tek" sound of kick lever. This has been made of cycle tube which is very strong and long life and has a great cushioning effect.

    But yar ye saali petrol bohet peeti hay. I drive it 70-90km/h and its mileage is around 41-44 which is far less as compare to my old sprinter which mileage was 55-58. I could not aspect such very low mileage. Hay koi idea k mileage kaisay improve ho?? Abhi ye 2800 cheli hay or mein nay 1000 pay tuning kerwai thi or Liqui Moli lube use ker reha hon.

    No doubt k GD chelnay mein bohet kamal ki bike hay. Is mein bohet c aisi khoobyan hen jo oron mein nehen jinhen mein nay 1 separate thread mein mention kiya hay. But haayyy mileage..........haaayyy mileage. Please tell to others k is kembakht ko na khareeden werna jaib khali ker day gi. Ab to lay k phance gayy hen, bikay gi bhi nehen.

    I request to all please do search the contact/mail ID of suitable person of Suzuki Thailand, the OEM of this bike to discuss this issue. Pakistanyon nay kuch nehen kerna sawayy baichnay k.

    I think is ka carborator butterfly type ka hay is weja say issue na ho. Legta hay kisi bhai ko experiment kerna peray ga k HONDA ya Sprinter ka Carb lega k dhaikha jaayy.

    Sahi kaha, is par carburetor badal kar dekhna chahiye. Is par Honda CD 70 ka carburetor lag jaye ga, bas ab yeh tajaruba karne ki der hay. Doosri baat yeh k maen ne Suzuki Thailand ki website aaj khangali hay poori. Wahan par to GD ka naam-o-nishan bhi nahin. Link here.

    Is ka matlab yeh hooa k yeh Thailand se nahin aai. Ab kahan se aai hay, yeh pata chalana parre ga.

    Definitely It drinks petrol of a 125cc bike, even CG Euro2 has better fuel average than GD110, I owned a Blue brand new GD and sold that out within a month after completing all kind of hard tests on this bike, GD110 is simply for smooth and city wise driving bike, not ideal for long runs, It has less ground clearance, Bike hits badly on a little speed breaker even, lack of braking power, very bad brakes, I got fuel average of 32km/liter of my GD110
    Main tay Honda ee lay saa'n !!!

    Just try Sprinter 110 Carburetor in it which is in the same category nor the 70cc Carb....

    If some one has an issue that when he locks the handle, he has to move back the handle for about 4-5mm, then he should please apply a 4-5mm thick PVC piece as mentioned below.

    I got this click as I went to Suzuki showroom for engine oil and filter change:
    Suzuki GD110 some work done with mudguards and kick lever -1451846

    So, yes, it is manufactured by Haojou for Suzuki. I think they forgot to take off its sticker as no other GD had it, only one had this sticker

    Btw, i have seeing that the GD110 in the link above, has an Automatic clutch. Do you think its the same GD110 being imported here? I don't think so. I think its specifically being manufactured on order, by Pak Suzuki.
