    Default Suzuki Gsx400S restoration Project !

    Hey Guys,

    Its the first time i'm posting a project on the go and its the first time i'm restoring a bike from absolute scratch, going to need a lot of help from you guys, I recently acquired this stuff from a fellow..pictures below

    no not at all I just want to say that dont go for suzuki gsx400s or gs500e chasis rest is your choice

    dude i'm trying to restore it...however i know it can fit well in GS500 frame as well, it all depends on the availability of frame

    try ranchorlines market.... in lahore its avaiable commonly at Saggian bridge godowns and BilalGanj area kabariyas...

    Hey guyz...just came back from Ranchore lines Market....found the darn magnet and the missing pulsar plate from saleem kabariya for 2400Rs ....hope i didn't got mugged here !
    However i failed to find the frame for the bike ...can anyone here in karachi point a spotted frame/chassis ?
    i would even go for a suitable frame that can work for this project apart from being the exact model ...

    material wise the frame with its document must not cost any thing above 15k ,... but as this a rare thing so every shop keeper will have his own price and you will have to negotiate..

    the thing is no bosy who has a complete bike will offer you a frame only.... they will say baki saman ka hum kiya kerain ya tu porri bike kharido ya phir Bike kay paison men frame kharido...

    True...i will try and get things done after Eid inshaAllah...otherwise i will have to go for a same style of frame and some custom fabrication will be experimented !

    @7thgear dude i might need ur help here...
    Do you guys think a cd200 or a cd175 frame would handle this project... i know i will have to do some major surgeries ! But will it hold ?

    Absolutely no on that.. just look at the engine, its massive. Compare it to a cd200 in size and dimensions. Better off doing it right than doing it with haste and regretting later.
