I also own Suzuki Sprinter and same was the case with me. I did nothing extra ordinary. I just get the metal reflector and the glass (Kanch ka not the plastic one) of 82 Honda 70 cc and it was bolt on fit, no single alteration was required. You can easily get brand new of XANDU brand i.e the beam and the glass.
Just open the headlight case, unscrew those 3 screws from the inner ring of the Sprinter's headlight. After unscrewing, place the glass first. You will be better if you do this activity on a bed incase glass slips it should not be broken. Now place the rubber seal and in the last the metal reflector. Tight the screws along-with the three holding springs/clips. Before you should set the clips, check the glass alignment. Place the bulb. It would be much better if you use halogen bulb. I got the best results with the one that comes in dark blue glass. I broke the dark blue glass (by plas tool, try to break from the bottom) and uncovered the inner white glass, be relax the bulb is safe the outer dark blue glass is just for blue light. And thats it.
I am getting much better light without any alterations, HIDs or LEDs.
