    Default GS 150 handle vibration

    Solution
    Salam guys.

I am facing this problem in my bike that when i drive its handle has a vibration which causes uneasiness and pain on long routes in shoulders. I went to a mechanic who said that its cuz of tyre. so i got it fixed but of no use. Then another mechanic told me that this issue is there in all the 150s after 2012. The company shifted their plant and there is some issue in the frame production which causes this..and he advised me to get it fixed by a denter and it will be costing around 6 k. I am confused what to do..please help

Did you try the authorized suzuki service centre? They are usually trained by the company and can take a look.

Check the bearing of front wheel
Also tightened the "anak" (don't know what this thing is called in english) nuts.
These causes vibrations which further causes pain in hands

1st adjust the height of the handle bring it down, by factory it is set very high which cause pain in shoulder while riding ,
2ndly chk the front tire pressure it should be kept at 26 max, and if u are feeling jerk in handle while passing pot holes u need to visit the suzuki dealer nearby your place and ask them to adjust the handle play. do not ask normal mechanic or honda mechanic to adjust it, as suzuki gs150 handle setting is bit different than other bikes. if possible visit suzuki dealer opposite Aladdin park they got some good mechanic to fix all of the problem.
Help others so that u can be Helped

Misaligned or sticky front suspension can also cause undue vibration which penetrates to shoulder through arms please have it checked along with front wheel balancing. Tyre It self can be culprit too in some cases.

this reminds me, a person contacted me on PM and asked the same thing, he discovered that the bearings in the header were completely dry from the factory which was causing really bad clunking.

btw - does your machine have the weighted handle bars like the first ones had?
